Auto-E introduces its EV charger repair service. For this, we cooperated with London Engineers Company, an independent service company with deep expertise in electrical appliance repairs.

When you may need EV charger repair

We all expect an EV charger to last for years. However, sometimes they get out of order. Here are the common issues you may face:

  • The cord (cable) or connector (plug) is damaged
  • The electric vehicle charging station doesn’t work or constantly shuts down and reboots
  • The station stops working after a voltage leap (burnt out)
  • When in use, the EV station overloads the mains

In each of these cases, you can count on our charge point repair service. Our engineers will assess the issue and fix it quickly and efficiently:

  • Repair the connector
  • Replace the damaged cable
  • Fix issues with the device (burnt polyswitch, fault AC/DC converter, burnt capacitor, etc.)
  • Upgrade your wiring and/or electrical panel, if necessary
